Call for papers*
We are pleased to announce our fifth annual graduate conference. Following
on from the success of Open Minds I - IV, the conference is intended to
provide a supportive and stimulating environment for postgraduate students,
and those recently awarded their PhD, to share and discuss their work.
The conference will take place on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 June 2010 at the
University of Manchester. Our keynote speaker will be Professor Jonathan
Dancy (University of Reading/University of Texas).
We welcome papers from all areas of philosophical research.
Please submit papers of a length suitable for presentation in twenty minutes
to [log in to unmask], with subject line 'Submission'. Please submit
your paper in a form suitable for blind review. Include a separate cover
page giving the title of the paper and your contact details. At the start of
the paper itself, please provide an abstract, 200 to 500 words in length.
The deadline for receipt of submissions is 31 March 2010. We aim to notify
successful applicants by 21 April 2010.
