The Australasian Journal of Philosophy is now open to new submissions of
unsolicited material.
To find out how to submit a paper for assessment, go to the Submissions
page on our website, <http://ajp.aap.org.au/submissions.html>. This page
is in three sections. Please read the first two of these carefully before
taking any action. They are short but important.
New submissions or material concerning them (such as referees' reports)
will not be accepted at our email address. Any submission mistakenly
lodged by email will be deleted, and must be re-submitted by the author on
the new platform.
Authors who were given a verdict of revise-and-resubmit under the old
system, but who did not supply a revision before the new system opened,
must lodge their revised versions under the new system. They should not
fear that the paper's history will be lost.
A small number of papers submitted under the old system are still in
process, usually awaiting referees' reports. All of these, including all
referees' reports and other correspondence concerned with them, will
continue to be handled by email as before. (Referees who are confused
about what to do are welcome to ask the Editor.) No material will be moved
from the old platform to the new.
Although we have done our best to make the transition seamless, there will
be teething problems. Please bear with us while we try to get the new
arrangements bedded down.
