Lectureship in PhilosophyCardiff School of English, Communication, and PhilosophyThe Cardiff School of English, Communication and Philosophy is seeking to appoint to a 3-year fixed-term lectureship, a scholar with a proven track record of research and teaching in Ethics or in the Philosophy of Mind and Language grounded in either the analytic or the continental approach to philosophy. You will be expected to teach and supervise in either of these areas and to make a full contribution to the School's research culture, in particular to the growing development of research at Cardiff in either ethics, meta-ethics and applied ethics or in the philosophy of mind, language and moral psychology. Teaching duties will include all years of the undergraduate programmes in Philosophy and there will be opportunities to contribute to postgraduate teaching across a broad range of areas and to supervise doctoral students.
