QUALITATIVE SOCIAL SCIENTIST

A qualitative researcher with a relevant PhD, to provide leadership to
a growing research team. You will manage projects on rural society,
governance, human-environment relations and land use research within
the wider Socio-Economic Research Group. Experience of rural and/or
environmental research is desirable but not essential.

Starting salary within the range £41,930 - £46,58 per annum with
excellent employee benefits.

SOCIAL RESEARCHER

This is an exciting opportunity to provide the social scientist with
research interests in the relationship between nature and society.
Candidates should have a higher degree in a relevant social sciences
discipline (e.g. anthropology, geography, sociology, psychology); a
record of innovative work in nature-society relationships or natural
resource management; and an interest in interdisciplinary approaches
to inquiry.

Starting salary within the range £26,088- £28,986 per annum with
excellent employee benefits.
