Cardiff University has now been allocated for 2009-2010 one Doctoral
studentship in the subject area of Philosophy, under the Arts and Humanities
Research Council's Block Grant Partnerships Scheme.
The deadline for application to this studentship is March 27th 2009.

Philosophy at Cardiff provides a stimulating and friendly environment in
which to pursue research on a broad range of philosophical topics, including
both "Continental" and "Analytic" philosophy and Applied Ethics. We have a
large cohort of postgraduates including approximately 20 MA students and 30
PhD Students. Students are encouraged to participate in all research
activities including our seminar series and reading groups.
